SHAUNE ELDRED

ATHENE OFFICES As   Vice   President   of   Finance   and   Administration   and   a   key   member   of   the executive   team   at   Minerva   Technology,   Shaune   helped   grow   the   company from   10   employees   to   250   with   offices   in   Canada   and   the   USA.      Shaune   went on   to   found,   operate,   and   then   sell   Athene   Offices   and   Services,   Calgary’s premier   high-end   shared   office   and   executive   centre   business.      She   led   the company   from   its   genesis   with   six   offices   in   one   small   centre   to   170   high-end offices   spread   among   three   centres   at   the   time   of   its   sale,   and   in   doing   so navigated   through   one   of   Calgary’s   worst   economic   recessions   in   50   years.     Shaune   is   currently   a   TEC   Canada   Chair,   leading   a   group   of   growth-focused non-competing entrepreneurs in Kelowna.

MINERVA TECHNOLOGY Founder   and   owner   of   one   of   Calgary’s   high-tech   success   stories,   Revett   sold the   company   for   an   eight-figure   sum.      During   12   years   under   his   leadership, Minerva     won     a     coveted     Canada     Award     for     Business     Excellence,     was Microsoft’s    first    Canadian    partner    company,    won    two    awards    for    best systems   developed   using   Microsoft   technology,   experienced   less   than   half the   industry   standard   staff   turnover,   and   was   profitable   every   year   of   its existence.      Revett   was   the   first   Entrepreneur   in   Residence   at   Innovate   Calgary and is currently a volunteer Subject Matter Expert for Accelerate Okanagan.
